• Account Information: We collect your username and password provided by your organization to authenticate your access.
• Storage Access: The app requires access to your device's internal storage to download firmware files from our servers and temporarily store them before transferring them to the Sync-V Drive.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information (model, OS version) for troubleshooting and ensuring compatibility.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and authorize access to firmware updates.
• To facilitate the transfer of firmware from our servers to your IoT devices via the Sync-V Drive (Raspberry Pi Zero).
• To maintain logs of update activities for audit and security purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Data is only handled within the Sync-V ecosystem for the purpose of industrial IoT management.
