1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sync-V mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This app is intended for use by authorized technicians only.

2. Authorized Use

You may only use this application if you have been granted access by your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Firmware Transfer and Sync-V Drive

The application facilitates the download of firmware from Sync-V servers to your mobile device's internal storage and the subsequent transfer to a Sync-V Drive (Raspberry Pi Zero) via USB. You agree to use this functionality only for its intended purpose of updating authorized IoT devices.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass security measures.
• Reverse engineering the application or firmware.
• Using the application for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sync-V shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to device failure during the update process.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
